Trusted Partner in Law Firm Performance Management for Over 30 Years
For more than three decades, Survey Research Associates (SRA) has been the go-to performance management partner for top-tier law firms across the United States. We specialize in confidential, data-driven evaluations that provide actionable insights to develop talent, improve retention, and enhance firm culture.
Our Story: Built on Expertise, Driven by Impact
SRA was founded in 1987 by Dr. Arthur Wohlers (Ph.D.), an Organizational Psychologist, with a vision to help firms leverage feedback for growth. His journey began with AT&T, conducting in-depth employee engagement research. Soon after, his wife, Dr. Cynthia Wohlers, joined him, and together, they expanded SRA’s offerings to some of the world’s most renowned organizations, including Deloitte Consulting and Tusch.
As law firms began recognizing the power of structured feedback, SRA evolved into a trusted third-party review partner, conducting Partner Upward Reviews, Associate Evaluations, and Firm-Wide Engagement Surveys. Over time, we have become an industry leader in law firm performance assessments, ensuring firms receive honest, actionable insights while maintaining confidentiality.
