Services
The programs we run.
Each one is a workflow your firm shapes rather than a fixed product, and each sits inside one of the four practices. Start here if you know the review you need. Start with the practices if you are working out which problem to solve first.

Performance & feedback
Build useful feedback into how your firm evaluates and develops its people.
The full practice →- Downward reviewsPartner evaluations of counsel, of counsel and associates, gathered from everyone who actually staffed the work rather than the one partner whose name sits on the file.
- Upward reviewsStructured, independently administered feedback from associates and staff on the partners who supervise them, designed so people answer honestly and so findings reach partners in a form they can act on.
- 360-degree feedbackThe same competency questions asked of everyone who works with a lawyer: peers, supervising partners, direct reports and, where appropriate, clients, split by rater group so the answers can be compared without exposing anyone.
Engagement & employee voice
Understand people's experience and follow through on what needs to improve.
The full practice →- Exit surveysIndependently administered exit research, run in the notice period and reported by supervising partner and practice group, so a pattern of departures is visible as a pattern rather than as five separate resignations.
- Engagement surveysFirm-wide engagement measurement run as a program rather than an event, so movement is legible between cycles and the readout is the start of the work rather than the end of it.
Lateral integration
Define success, coordinate firm commitments and review progress as people join your firm.
The full practice →Client feedback
Understand client relationships and turn feedback into specific follow-up.
